Who we are
Naiyon LLC is a privately held data analytics company based in San Jose, California. We collect, analyze, and structure data to support research and business decision-making.
Naiyon is a small, independent firm. We are not a consultancy that resells someone else's feed — we build our own collection tools, train our own field team, and own the data sets we produce end to end. That control is the point: it is what lets us stand behind how a record was captured, not just what it says.
How we think about data
Primary over secondhand
Wherever a first-hand observation is possible, we prefer it to an aggregated summary. Summaries lose detail, arrive late, and carry assumptions we cannot inspect.
Completeness over convenience
A data set with quietly filled-in gaps is worse than one with honest gaps. Where a value could not be observed, we record that it could not be observed. Nothing is estimated into place.
Provenance on every record
Every record we produce carries how, when, and by whom it was captured. If a finding can't be traced back to a specific observation, it isn't a finding.
